Here's the latest on HEX:
DIGITAL HEX FILES. As mentioned earlier, all backers who purchased digital files should have received them. Please message us through Kickstarter if you haven't and we'll be happy to help.
PHYSICAL HEXs. On the manufacturing side, we're pleased to provide the following pictures of the metal molds for mass production. It's exciting to see the designs taking physical form!
The next milestone will be receiving samples of the plastic HEXs produced with the molds. We'll be sure the share the pictures when we get to that point.

We wanted to send out a quick update before 2021 draws to a close.
DIGITAL HEX FILES. All backers who purchased digital files should have received them. Please message us through Kickstarter if you haven't and we'll be happy to help.
PHYSICAL HEXs. On the manufacturing side, our supplier is currently making the metal molds for mass production. Overall, we're on schedule and are expecting HEX production to be complete by the end of February. We're excited to send pictures as soon as they are ready!

We've now reached 88% completion of the pledge manager surveys, well done!
If you are part of the 12% remaining, there are only three days remaining until the pledge manager closes. Here's another gentle but important reminder if you haven't completed the survey yet:

If you can't find the pledge manager survey, please message us directly through Kickstarter so we can get one to you.
- If you have not yet filled out your survey, please do it now.
The pledge manager will officially close on November 26th, so please don't delay. If we do not get a pledge manager survey from you, you run the risk of never receiving your HEX.
Also, the digital STL files will be released after the pledge manager closes and credit cards have been successfully charged (approximately November 27th).

As of today, we've received pledge manager surveys from 81% of you. That's great!
Unfortunately, that also means we haven't received surveys from about 150 of you. We've sent multiple reminder emails to everyone who has not filled out a survey.

Just a quick update to let you know the HEX Pledge Manager is currently being reviewed by BackerKit. This process may take a few days but, once completed, we'll be sending it out to all our backers.
Also, to keep things moving along, we'll be reducing the window of time the Pledge Manager is open from four to three weeks.
